Acceptance of Terms and Platform Usage

By registering or using any service provided by myboss88, you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the myboss88 platform.

The myboss88 platform is an online entertainment service designed for adults aged 18 and above who are located in Malaysia. Use of this platform outside permitted jurisdictions is entirely at the user's own risk.

Myboss88 reserves the right to amend, add to or revise any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts using different information is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended or permanently closed. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. myboss88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. myboss88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to safeguard your login information. Contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

User Responsibilities

Users agree not to use the myboss88 platform for any unlawful, unethical, or harmful purpose that may compromise the safety of other users. This includes a prohibition on the use of automated software, bots or scripts to access or interact with the platform, as well as any attempt to exploit system bugs or manipulate game outcomes.

Identity Verification

To meet compliance requirements, myboss88 reserves the right to request that users submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or during an account review. Documents requested may include a copy of your identity card, proof of address or bank statement. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

Payment, Deposit & MYR Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the myboss88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using legitimate payment methods and a bank account registered in their own name. myboss88 does not accept payments from third parties.

Completed deposits are non-reversible. Once funds have been credited to your account balance, they may only be used for gameplay or requested for withdrawal in accordance with the current withdrawal policy. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe set by myboss88, and processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.

Myboss88 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawal processing if there is any suspected suspicious activity, outstanding identity verification requirements, or unfulfilled bonus conditions. Users will be notified in writing if their withdrawal is placed on hold for further review.

Any transaction errors reported by users within 30 days of the transaction date will be investigated by the myboss88 team. Claims submitted after this period may not be processed.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

Myboss88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including service disruptions, system delays or technical errors beyond our control. The platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee that services will always be free from interruption or error.

Intellectual Property

All content on the myboss88 platform, including logos, graphics, text, user interfaces, domain names and the overall platform design, is the exclusive property of myboss88 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, modifying or using any such content without prior written consent from myboss88.

Third-Party Links

The myboss88 platform may contain links to third-party websites for the convenience of users. myboss88 has no control over the content, privacy policies or practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from their use. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policies of each third-party website before engaging with it.

Account Suspension and Service Termination Policy

Myboss88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, failure to submit requested verification documents, or any other activity deemed harmful to the platform or other users.

Users will be notified of a temporary account suspension via email or the platform's in-app notification system. A reasonable period will be given for users to provide clarification or supporting documents before a permanent closure decision is made. Any valid balance in an account closed for technical or operational reasons will be settled in accordance with myboss88's internal policies.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the myboss88 customer support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding balance will be processed in accordance with the current withdrawal policy, subject to any bonus or rollover conditions that may still be active.

Myboss88 also reserves the right to terminate or suspend the platform's services, in whole or in part, for any reason without prior notice. In such cases, myboss88 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users and process any valid remaining balances in their accounts.

Governing Law & Contact Us

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from the use of the myboss88 platform shall first be resolved through private negotiation before being referred to an appropriate dispute resolution forum.
